We breathed new life into a dated, dull living room, transforming it into an inviting, dynamic, and dazzling living area that exudes style and comfort.

We added elegant crown molding, crafted a stunning stone fireplace wall with a custom floating wood mantel and slate hearth, and installed built-in floating shelves. Off-the-shelf base cabinets were paired with custom wood countertops, while new hardwood floors added warmth. We replaced a heavy brown ceiling fan with recessed lighting to modernize the space. The new custom coastal color palette and removal of heavy curtains allow natural light to flood in. Comfortable furniture and decor now create a cozy gathering area with a breezy coastal vibe.

Basement Conversion: Cluttered & Chaotic to Comfortable & Cash Flow

We transformed a cluttered basement into a comfortable, walk-in efficiency apartment. Below are the “before” and “after” pictures of the basement transformation. The basement comprises one long, narrow room with a small bathroom, laundry area, adjacent storage rooms and a separate entrance.

Income Property

From Chaos to Comfort: The transformation began with a light, neutral palette that calms and brightens the space despite limited natural light. An under-the-stairs nook now provides built-in storage, while a kitchenette and living area provide essential comforts in a narrow, tight space. A cozy sleeping nook, separated by a curtain, adds privacy from the hangout spaces and completes this stylish, functional transformation.
